My favorite "Gil to the Rescue" story
A couple of years ago, Gil was on vacation and we ran into a pretty big problem with Squidoo's servers. So I called him.
He told me he was on top of a mountain, but he'd ski down, grab his laptop and fix it.
It took less than 30 minutes before Squidoo was back in action.
I found out later someone snapped a photo of Gil talking to me that day...
