    Yes love making gingerbread houses. They actually have a gingerbread house competition on the food network every year. There was one last year, that had stain glass windows.

    German Christmas requires edible gingerbread decorations - they're traditional. I like the graham cracker shortcut, too.

    How fun are gingerbread houses? This year I am taking a shortcut and making them out of graham cracker cookies and instant frosting with my toddler grandkids. We will make them on Christmas day for amusement- for kids and adults!
