    I'm so happy I came across this page! Thank you for all your great tips, suggestions and pictures! The "cathedral" bundt pan is exactly what I had planned to use, so I'm thrilled to see it as a finished product. It hadn't occurred to me before this page to send a cake across country to my family, but I think I will!

    As a happy recipient of Teri's wonderful cake the past couple years I can without a doubt say it is the BEST Cake I have ever had. The fresh ginger really sets it off. It is an awesome cake made by an awesome person!

    Kudos for an excellent lens. Your recipe sounds divine (love candied ginger) and the different cake pans and instructions for wrapping the cakes make it outstanding. 5* and a lensroll to my gingerbread recipes lens.
