Are You Suffering With Receeding and Bleeding Gums?
Don't dismay, there is hope. And it may not all be your fault. If you have been diagnosed with gingivitis (gum disease) or periodontal disease, there are steps you can take to reverse this disease and transform your mouth and your life.
Facts About Tooth Decay:
** Teeth need to re-mineralize in order to stay heathly, decay is simply caused calcium and phosphate ions leaving the tooth.
**Â The acids and toxic waste products leach these minerals right out of the tooth and they go into the solution in the saliva -- saliva normally has high concentrations of calcium and phosphorous in it when a person's diet and everything else is healthy.
When these calcium deposits leave the tooth structure and they're in solution what's to stop them from being re-deposited? Well, in reality they are being re-deposited.
** Â When a cavity is forming some of the calcium and phosphorus ions are going away and some are being re-deposited.
** Â If calcium and phosphorus are going away faster than they're being re-deposited, then the cavity is getting bigger.
** Â Â If calcium and phosphorus are being deposited faster than they're being leached out of the tooth, then it is healing.

Have you ever thought that part of the problem could be in the tooth cleaner you have been using for years?
Toothpaste contains abrasive ingredients that only coats your teeth and prevents them from re-enamalizing. After years of using regular toothpaste, there is a good chance the enamel is worn down. Inflammation of the gums and bleeding gums is the result.Â
Fortunately, there is a safe natural alternative.Â
Dr. Gerard Judd, chemist and researcher for 18 years, highly recommends using soap? SOAP. Yes, you read that correctly. Dr. Judd says, "BAR SOAP is the only effective cleanser for teeth. Soap takes oils and other items off the teeth quickly leaving them perfectly clean. Toothpastes, all of them, with 60% glycerin in them require over 20 washes to remove it, thus leaving the teeth with a coating at all times. Soap takes only 2 rinses and it is off. "
Â
I also have suffered with this afflication for years and was reluctant to undergo surgery. So, I did some research and found Tooth Soap ®. Never heard of Tooth Soap ® before? Well, read on and be prepared for some new answers for an age old problem.
Karen Van Cleef, founder of Tooth Soap ®, started on the "tooth path" after reading research by Weston Price, DDS in his book, "Nutritional and Physical Degeneration" She has never looked at teeth the same again. Van Cleef became fascinated with the diet/tooth connection and continues to find more information proving that what we eat directly affects our teeth. From these humble beginnings, her company, Tooth Soap ® was created.
So, what is in Tooth Soap ®? Glad you asked. Keep reading!
Tooth Soap® liquid contains only saponified organic extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, filtered water and essential oils. Tooth Soap ® cleans teeth and gums perfectly, removing oils and other contaminants from the teeth so that teeth can re-mineralize from nutrients in the diet.

This Is A Chronic Situation That Can Be Reversed
Soo, do you want your teeth to look like this?
Or This?
Poor Dental Hygiene May Account for Poor Health
Bright white teeth and fresh breath does not necessarily mean you have a healthy mouth! General health is directly related to gum health. Gum disease has been linked to several medical conditions such as stroke, diabetes, heart attack and worsening lung disease. Healthy gums can reduce a person's biological age by up to 6.4 years. Why? Because studies show that the presence of periodontal diseases, most common in people with tooth loss, actually affects longevity. The best of these studies, done at Emory University in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control, indicates that people with gingivitis and periodontal disease have a mortality rate that is 23% to 46% higher than those who don't. Keeping your gums clean and healthy may help reduce the risk of many illnesses, including heart disease.
Gum Disease
Gum disease or periodontal disease, a chronic inflammation and infection of the gums and surrounding tissue, is the major cause of about 70 percent of adult tooth loss, affecting three out of four persons at some point in their life. Red swollen and bleeding gums characterize gum disease in the initial stages and progresses to infections, chronic inflammation and bone loss in later stages. Eventually bacteria are allowed to flow freely through your gums and into your blood stream that activates and stresses the immune system.
Heart Attack
Research shows that people with gum disease are 25% more likely to have a heart attack. Bacteria originating from the gums to the veins and arteries cause plaque build up and arterial inflammation that can provoke jeopardous clotting. A 12-year study conducted by Harvard University researchers and 41,000 healthy men free of cardiovascular disease showed that those with periodontal disease had more clot related strokes.
Diabetes
Periodontal disease severely affects the control of blood sugars. The spread of bacteria through out the body through the blood stream stresses and confuses the body when trying to adjust sugars to the invasion. Antibiotic treatment has help diabetics control blood sugars while treating the infections caused by gum disease.
Lung Infections
Breathing in oral bacteria caused by gum disease can cause lung infections. Bacteria that grow in the oral cavities can be breathed into the lungs to cause respiratory disease such as pneumonia.

Gum Disease Can Creep Up On You
Don't let this happen to you!
Start Today With These Three Simple Steps
This is your prescription for perfect teeth and gums
Step 1 -THE ONLY WAY TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH
Stop using ALL toothpaste , whether or not it contains fluoride. That goes for the "natural" tooth pastes and the gels or rinses that you are using as well. Natural tooth pastes have glycerin as one of the main ingredients and glycerin coats the teeth and prevents re-enamelization.
Step 2 - TREAT YOUR TEETH LIKE YOUR MUSCLES
Enamel is a FLEXIBLE polymer of basically calcium phosphate. Your teeth are living and building and being torn down daily, just like your muscles. This means you must help them build every day, so they will be strong for the rest of your life.
Dr. Judd also suggests 4 daily supplements for strong teeth: The amounts indicated are for a 165-pound person.
1) Take 1,000 mg calcium with vitamin D
2) Take 1/6 teaspoon of monosodium phosphate in 1 inch water
3) Take 4,000 mg of vitamin C
4) Take the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) of all vitamins and minerals.
The best vitamin and mineral supplements will be from whole food sources.
Step 3 - NOURISHING CORRECTLY FROM THE INSIDE OUT
Your health begins with what you put in your mouth. Eat only organic eggs, raw cheeses, yogurt, or kefir for good food supplements for calcium. Therefore, eat only whole foods unprocessed and in their natural form to nourish your teeth everyday.
