- I noticed an increase in energy and sensation. My mind throbbed with my heart, and I was extremely alert. Haha, don't ever take it before bedtime if you want to sleep!
It did give me a little tummy ache, so I should probably take it with a meal next time. I have other supplements that used to give gastrointestinal upset, and I never had a problem if I ate something substantial with it.
