About lsherr

I joined 20/20 as a correspondent in May 1986.

I've has covered a wide range of stories, specializing in women's issues and social changes, as well as investigative reports. During the 2003-2004 season, my contributions to 20/20 included a fascinating account of the so-called "long-necked women" of the Padung tribe in Burma (Myanmar) who are now refugees in northern Thailand; an investigation into the death of a young Florida woman who was undergoing cosmetic surgery; a revealing report on the steamy, addictive world of internet pornography; a report on the status of stem cell research in the wake of Christopher Reeve's death; and a light-hearted look at the threat to English grammar from emailing and text messaging.
