There are not enough self-proclaimed girl geeks in the world.

Maybe we should have a Girl Geek pageant or something!

Guys geeks have all the hero's, Anthony Michael Hall, Jon Heder, Curtis Armstrong, Jim Parsons, Will Ferrell, Bill Gates. Well I am here to change that. This lens is dedicated to all the girl geeks out there.

I am proud to say that I wear glasses, not contacts. I love computers, Sheldon Cooper, Star Wars, Sci-Fi, electronic gadgets and Napoleon Dynamite.

I also write the Queen of the Girl Geeks blog so stop on by for geeky entertainment and knowledge.

You may be wondering why I am listing real actresses and not their Geeky charaters. Well I think that these women truly identify with their innner and outer girl geek selves simply by choosing girl geek roles. Go Girl Geeks!

Michelle Meyrink: Michelle Meyrink is the real Queen of the 1980's geeks. Starring in such great movies as Real Genius, Revenge of the Nerds and Valley Girl she shows us how to be a really cool girl geek.
Sarah Jessica Parker: For all of you born after 1980 let me fill you in that Sarah Jessica Parker had a geek girl life before Sex in the City. She was the Queen geek on Square Pegs a very, very cool show. Google it!
Rachael Ray: I love Rachael Ray. She is such a modern girl geek. Totally natural and funny she gives us a fresh and funny look into cooking and her new show is totally fantabulous.

Molly Shannon: Molly Shannon is one of my favorite SNL alums. She is a real Superstar Girl Geek!
