Top Places to List Your Blog Giveaways

One of the easiest ways to draw traffic to your blog is to give something away. It's not just that giveaways are popular--they're easy to advertise for, too! There are hundreds of sites where you can advertise your giveaways for free. Read on to learn some of the best places to list your blog giveaways!

My Top 10 Giveaway Link Sites

While there are hundreds of sites to list your giveaways on, I've found that most bring in few hits (usually around 2-3 hits each). The following sites are the exception. When I list my giveaways on the sites below they typically bring in 10-60 hits each.

Etsy Giveaways: Items in giveaway don't have to be specifically from an Etsy shop, in spite of the name. Accepts handmade independent artist giveaways only, with rare exceptions (giveaways for advertising or craft supplies usually accepted too).Submit via web form on site.
Blog Giveaways: Submit via e-mail.
Oh So Savvy Mom - Low Entry Giveaways Ending This Week: She has a linky for each day of the next week where you can link-up your family-friendly giveaways. Each day she lists all the low entry giveaways ending that day in a post on her main page. Giveaways must have fewer than 200 entries at the time of listing, and end within the last week.
Sweepstakes Advantage: Submit via form. You need to be registered to submit giveaways but giveaway submission is free.
Tight Wad in Utah: LOW Entry Giveaway: Tight Wad in Utah posts low entry giveaways daily except on Sundays. You can submit them anytime but she suggests waiting until late in the giveaway. She only posts giveaways under 200 entries.
Shopper Strategy - Low Entry Giveaways: Shopper Strategy accepts low entry giveaways of 100 entries or less. The linky goes up every Wednesday.
Contest Listing: Submit Via Web Form.
The Steady Hand - Rafflecopter Giveaway Linky: Ongoing linky which accepts only Rafflecopter giveaways. She has another giveaway linky for any type of giveaway here, but I find the Rafflecopter one is the real traffic draw.
Rachels Giveaways - Various Linkies: Rachels Giveaway has both a weekly giveaway linky (posted Fridays) and a Rafflecopter only linky. You can find them in her index bar.
Outmumbered Mama: Has excellent response but is down temporarily. Says its coming back up soon so I'll leave this up for now.

Past Top Linkies

These have fallen out of the top 10 for various reasons. Some of still good to add too, but just may have fallen below others. A few of these are temporarily not taking new links.

Nickels-n-Dimes - Want to Win it Wednessday.: Submit via inLinkz pictoral linky posted on Wednessdays (sometimes posted Tuesday Night).
Frugal, Freebies and Deals - Win It Wednesday: Submit via Mr. Linky posted Wednesday.
Saving Cents With Sense - Giveaway Round Up: Submit via Mr. Linky posted on Thursdays.
International Blog Giveaways: This site is temporarily not accepting giveaways. I usually only accepts giveaways which are open internationally, and has always sent a lot of traffic. The only reason I took it off the top 10 is that it was not accepting new giveaways for such a long time, though it is posting them still, so not sure what that's about.
Helping mommys win: Helping Mommys Win was a great low entry giveaway site. Unfortunately, she's not been accepting or posting new giveaways for a while now. If she ever starts again though, it's a great site.
Money Saving Moms - Giveaways Galore: Ongoing Mr. Linky (used to be posted Tuesdays)

Good Traffic On Specific Items

The following listing sites have garnered high traffic for certain types of giveaways, but not for others.

Prizey.net: While I have only gotten medium traffic from this site, others have told me this sent them quite a bit more. I think possibly the key is the prize--if you're giving away high dollar or very popular item you may get more traffic from this site. Submit via web form (you have to register).
Coupon Geek - Got Giveaways?: While most giveaways I listed here only got me 2-3 hits, a giveaway for an envelope of coupons, which gained little hits from most other sites, got 25 hits from Coupon Geek. So, if you have a giveaway for coupons, Coupon Geek has your target audience! Submit via Mr. Linky posted on Sundays.

CSN Giveaways: Text Linky. Posted Thursdays.
Story Time Under the Stars - Book Giveaways Only: Text Linky. Posted Wed. Book giveaway only.
Busy Moms Who Love to Read - Book Giveaways Only: Text linky for book giveaways only. Posted Thursdays.
Green Mama's Pad Green Giveaway Friday: You can add any giveaway to her Friday linky, but you can submit Eco-friendly giveaways to be featured at the top of her linky.
Green Fest Fridays at Just Ad Cloth: Accepts only GREEN eco-friendly and family friendly giveaways. Posted Friday.
Rafflecopter Giveaways: Only Rafflecopter giveaways accepted.
Pet Giveaways Linky: A linky only for pet related giveaways.
Saving Naturally Linky: Natural, organic, or healthy giveaways only.
Free Handmade Giveaways: Submit Your Giveaway: Usually only accepts hand-made giveaways by independent artists and crafter.
Etsy Giveaways: Only accepts giveaways by independent artists and crafters, as well as giveaways for crafts supplies. Will accept Zazzle, CafePress and other POD artists so long as they use their own designs on their products.
Fashion and Beauty Blog Giveaways: This linky is ONLY for fashion and beauty giveaways. I believe it is ongoing (not weekly or monthly).
MamaLuvsBooks: Doodle Roll Review & Giveaway - "Let Your Imagination Roll": Doesn't define low entry. Must enter another giveaway for each giveaway you post.
Frugality Is Free - The Gift Card Giveaway Linky: This linky only accepts gift card giveaways. It's ongoing but not up-kept very well.
Frugality is Free - Book Giveaway: Links only book giveaways. Posted weekly on Thursdays.
Storenvy Collective: SUBMIT A GIVEAWAY!: A place specifically to add Storenvy Collective Giveaways.
By Hand Giveaways: Accepts only hand-made giveaways.
Ruthi Reads!: B-Y-G-B Book Giveaway Linky List: Only book giveaways! Ongoing list, updated often.
Healthy Giveaways Linky: Only allows giveaways for healthy living products. Ongoing list.

Linkies with Pictures

Thumbnail Linkies

Recently there's been several linky services that let you include a thumbnail picture with your link. A picture is worth 1,000 words--so if you have a visually appealing product, these might be a good bet for you. Some other listing services also include picture...but this section is just for the new thumbnail linkies.

For Low Comment Giveaways Only

If your giveaway is nearing it's end and you still have few entries, these places might help. Each has a different definition of "low comment/entry." Some are under 100, some are under 50.

The Thrifty Thing Low Entry Link Up: Accepts giveaways with 100 entries or less.
Helping Mommy's Win: This site is already mentioned above in my top ten. She lists giveaways under 50 comments. She has not taken new giveaways for a while.
Such Fun to Give: Posts giveaways ending in 5 days or less with less than 60 comments.
Little Yaya's Low Entry Giveaway Link-up: Little Yaya posts a linky for giveaways with 150 entries or less every Friday. I can't link directly to it but if you visit on Friday you should be able to find it pretty easily.
Shopper Strategy Low Entry Wednesday: For entries of 100 comments or less...posted Wednesday.
Surviving Motherhood - Low Entry Monday: Lists giveaways under 100 entries ending in the next 5 days.
Oh So Savvy Mom - Low Entry Link-up: Lists giveaways under 200 entries ending within a week. Has a separate linky for each day of the week, so don't enter on the first linky unless your giveaway ends then.
Momma Is Sweeping: LOW ENTRY LINKY: Lists giveaways under 150 entries
Just Another Hat: Low Entry Giveaway Linky: Family friendly giveaway ending in less than 2 weeks with under 200 entries.
Tight Wad in Utah: She posts low entry giveaways every day on her blog. She only posts the ones ending that day (except Saturday, when she posts Saturday and Sunday) and won't post them after they go past 200.
