Flowers: A Timeless Tradition
People have been giving flowers as gifts for as long as flowers have been growing. Giving a gift of flowers is a timeless tradition and one that remains as appealing today as it did a hundred years ago.
The beauty and romance that surrounds a gift of flower is as moving today as it was in years gone by. Each bloom today as beautiful as its ancestors were a hundred years ago.
Because flowers come in such a wide array of different varieties, colors, displays, and arrangements, they are always a joy to receive. When one also considers the sentimental meanings attached to the different flowers then the importance of giving flowers to someone special becomes even more significant.

The Meaning Behind The Flower:
Daisy's are given to represent innocence, an apple blossom as a promise of something more to come, a forget-me-not given to remember someone, a lilac meaning first love and the beautiful rose as a symbol of love.Roses have always been such a highly popular flower that each color of rose carries with it an individual meaning.
A red rose is the traditional symbol of love or beauty while a white rose represents purity or innocence. A pink rose is given to show appreciation and also to represent grace or elegance. A yellow rose is a sign of friendship while an orange rose expresses passion or desire. A lavender rose is given to show one's enchantment for another and also given to show love at first sight. On a more gloomy or sinister tone a dark black rose represents death or farewell.
