Here are the current Rules and Regulations for this blog:
* I'm on my own in this. There is no one else to help me so if I don't do something that you think I should let me know politely via the comments and I'll try and sort something out. With this service I cannot promise anything, e.g long reviews (they take time and I just don't have a lot of that really!)
*I will not have favourites or preferences as to the lens subject or lensmasters that I pick.
*I want to feature all those lenses that are currently at the bottom of the Squid-barrel for ranking and traffic.
I am concerned at the current problems that LotD seems to attract with regards to which lenses are awarded the LotD. Obviously, I don't wish for this blog to receive the same treatment but I shall have to see how it goes. I don't want to feel that I have to close the blog down because of any ill feeling.
There will be no set time as to how often I feature a lens on this blog. i.e. it could be one a week, two a week or or less. Don't expect much over weekends though!
I would like to encourage all readers of this blog to visit, comment on and/or rate the featured lens. I shall try and inform the lensmaster in question that his/her lens has been featured on this blog by contacting them via their lens or profile.

What else you can do...
1 - Follow Inkserotica or Squidhelper on Twitter. This way you will get to know just when and who has been featured :)
2 - Whilst following me on Twitter, send me a DM (direct message) as to which lens you would like me to feature next. I can't promise you that I will follow your suggestions but you never know! It doesn't have to be yours. It could be someone you think deserves a little help. Note: The lens in question must be the lowest ranking lens! I will check and if it's not, I will make the choice not to feature it for that reason alone.
3 - Don't be disheartened if your lens hasn't been featured yet. It will be eventually. Any lens that has been featured may increase in ranking so you will always have more than one chance to be picked.
4 - If you have been featured, please do save the graphic for use on your lens. Linking to this lens or the blog will help a lot too but it's not compulsary.
5 - Feature this lens or the blog on your own blog! I would be very grateful to you if anyone can do this. More traffic to this lens or blog = more traffic to your lenses!
6 - Link to the blog or this lens. For the same reason as number 5 above.

Anyway, I really appreciate what you're doing. When I first saw a note about being featured, I didn't understand a thing. After doing some research I understand the whole idea and I find it magnificent!!!
Besides, there seem to be an awful lot of places that honor top lenses and not that many to help those that could use some attention. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! :)
