Vintage Clothing, Accessories & Jewelry -

I'm just curious how many of my visitors think of vintage only in terms of "costumes"?

I guess I'm just a little sensitive because I don't want to be considered as "wearing a costume" when I'm wearing vintage items.

I wear pieces from the same general time period, as well as mix eras sometimes - as long as they compliment each other and my look in it's entirety. I get many compliments and have not received any odd looks or flat out laughs from anyone, so I believe I don't look like I'm wearing a costume.

When I see groups of people, women especially, and they all have the same basic style of clothing and accessories, I tend to think along the lines of "uniforms" vs. individual style~ that's where my love of vintage comes in.
