Quinn Fabray

Actor: Dianna Agron

Dianna AgronQuinn is the popular head cheerleader and "mean girl" of the show. She is also Finn's girlfriend. While being president of the Celibacy Club (the Christ Crusaders), Quinn had a drunken encounter with Puck and ended getting pregnant and attributes the pregnancy to Finn, thinking he'd be the "better prospect."

Dianna Agron, 23 years old, grew up in San Francisco and is an avid supporter of PETA. She currently lives in Los Angeles. Some of Agron's TV resume includes shows like "Numb3rs", "Shark", "CSI: NY" and a reoccurring role on "Veronica Mars".

Terri Schuester

Actor: Jessalyn Gilsig

Jessalyn Gilsig"Will Schuester's wife, Terri, believes she deserves the finer things in life, even if it means maxing out her Pottery Barn credit card and demanding Will take on a second job. When not complaining about the demands of her four-hour, three-day-a-week job at Sheets N' Things, she loves crafting and watching Jerry Bruckheimer films."

When Will Schuester tries to revive the past glory of glee -- possibly stealing some of the spotlight and funding from her team -- Sue goes to extreme lengths to undercut him and keep his kids in their place, even recruiting her own cheerleaders to infiltrate the club as spies. She delights in insulting Will, especially his hair, at every opportunity."

Emma Pillsbury

Actor: Jayma Mays

Jayma Mays"McKinley High School guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury could use some guidance herself. Her interests include hand-washing and rug-fringe-straightening, and she's a charter member of the Western Ohio Disinfectant Society. Her obsessive-compulsive disorder, which originated in a childhood trauma at a dairy farm, shadows her every move. Now her love life lies dormant while she longs for her secret crush, married glee club coach Will Schuester."

"At just 8 years old, Lea Michele made her Broadway debut as "Young Cosette" in "Les Misérables." Since then, she has shared the stage with Broadway greats Audra McDonald and Brian Stokes Mitchell in "Ragtime" as well as with Alfred Molina in "Fiddler on the Roof." Michele has also performed at Radio City Music Hall during the Tony Awards with the casts of "Spring Awakening," "Ragtime" and "Fiddler on the Roof." She was last seen as "Eponine" in the star-studded production of "Les Misérables" at the Hollywood Bowl, and has performed solo concerts to sold-out crowds at Feinstein's at Loews Regency in New York and at the Upright Cabaret in Los Angeles."

Brittany Pierce

Actor: Heather Morris

Heather Morris"Though Brittany joins the glee club with fellow Cheerios Santana and Quinn to spy for Coach Sylvester, it's clear that she's one of a kind. She's a master at dramatic hair tossing ("hairography") who occasionally can't tell left from right and thinks her cat secretly reads her diary."

"Heather Elizabeth Morris was born dancing. When her parents recognized her natural gift for movement, the Thousand Oaks, CA, native was immediately enrolled in dance lessons. After graduating from Arizona State University, Morris was invited to join Beyoncé's "I Am...Sasha Fierce" world tour. She also worked with choreographer Zach Woodlee on the 2009 film "Fired Up!." Morris started studying acting at the famed Playhouse West with Robert Carnegie and continued to land dancing roles in television shows, including "Eli Stone" and "Swingtown," as well as in the film "Bedtime Stories" with Adam Sandler."

Mercedes Jones

Actor: Amber Riley

Amber Riley"When Mercedes Jones auditions for Will Schuester's new glee club, she expects to be the diva. Sassy and loud, she isn't interested in being anyone's backup singer. But on the inside she's like any other McKinley student -- insecure sometimes, and eager to be a part of the popular crowd."

"Amber Riley got her first break when Ryan Murphy cast her in the pilot "St. Sass." Although the pilot was not picked up, Riley was able to use that experience to land a role on the television series "Cedric The Entertainer Presents." Tina Cohen-Chang

"A seasoned theater actor, Jenna Ushkowitz starred in "The King and I" and the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of "Spring Awakening." Her television credits include "Sesame Street," "Reading Rainbow" and "As the World Turns," and her independent film credits include "Babyface" and "Educated." Recently, Ushkowitz hosted "Yankees on Deck," which is a behind-the-scenes sports show geared towards young audiences. Ushkowitz, 24, graduated from Marymount Manhattan College and splits her time between Los Angeles and New York City."

Santana Lopez

Naya Rivera"Santana is a Cheerio who, with Quinn and Brittany, joins the glee club to help spy for Coach Sylvester. She can be mean-spirited and manipulative, and she loves causing trouble for the other kids. Santana briefly dates Puck, and though she decides his poor credit score makes him unsuitable boyfriend material, she doesn't mind sexting him, even while he's with Quinn, the mother-to-be of his child. She's even jealous when Puck and Rachel share a short romance."

Mark Salling"As Finn Hudson's best friend and football teammate, Puck is one of McKinley High's cool kids. Aside from football, his time is divided between terrorizing uncool kids in his path, dating multiple girls, and hooking up with sexy older women he meets through his pool-cleaning business."

"Mark Salling is a classically trained pianist, who also plays the guitar, bass and drums. He continues to keep himself active by writing new songs and performing original music. Prior to starring on GLEE, Salling appeared in national commercials and starred in films, including "Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering" opposite Naomi Watts and Karen Black. He also guest-starred on such hit shows as "Walker, Texas Ranger" with Chuck Norris."
