Global Resort

Have you ever wondered how to visit a global resort for a week for the same price most people pay per night? The truth is that a four and five star global resort is not an inexpensive proposition especially if you want to stay say for a week or so. And if you are going to go to a global resort ask yourself these questions:
Do I want to spend all my money on the room or on enjoying the destination?
Do I want to travel to some exotic location and just spend 2 or 3 nights?
Do I want to travel to some exotic location and stay in some dive or in a really nice global resort?
Do I want to visit a luxurious global resort every five or ten years or every two or three months?
You get the idea. Well for the better part of my life the answers to these questions for me were not the answers I wanted them to be, if you know what I mean. Most of the traveling I was able to do was either for a very short stay or in less than desirable accommodations.

Then I was introduced to Global Resorts Network. Interesting concept. The best I can figure is that over the past 21 years they have been buying up time shares around the world in some really fine global resorts that people got stuck with and have been providing them to their members at rates that are unbelievable. Wow the best of both worlds. Time shares are great for some people but the majority of purchasers get stuck by high pressure sales people (ripped off?) and then decide or are forced to dump them for pennies on the dollar. If Global Resort is doing what I think they are (and they may not be, it's just a guess on my part. If they can get me the deals they are getting me then to be honest I really don't care) then they scoop these up and then rent them out to their members for ten cents on the dollar. A deal for us and a deal for them.

Let me give you an example:
Carriage Ridge Ski Resort in Vermont:
Priceline: 2,369.00
Expedia: 1,439.97
Hotels.com: 1,610.00
Global Resort: 298.00
And I believe as members we have unrestricted access to over 5,000 four and five star luxury global resort destinations around the world. Now that changed the answers to the above questions for me. How about you?

For all the global resort travel deals on the market, this is in my opinion the most effective and best for the serious traveler or traveler wanna be. You can find out more information on their program (and I belong to it and use it) by going here: GLOBAL RESORT
