How it works
Every client who obtains a visa through Global Visas is asked to fill out an evaluation at the completion of our service.
They are asked to rate our standard of service, and report any problems they may have encountered.
The Global Visas Complaints department uses this information not only to improve our own standard of service, but also to provide feedback to immigration authorities of each individual country to help them improve their own visa application procedures.
The aim of Global Visas is to make visa applications as quick and easy as possible, so it's in our best interests to improve the system.

Since the company's inception in 1996, Global Visas is delighted to report that a miniscule 0.02 per cent of customers had reason to contact the Global Visas complaints department.
In addition, a massive 96 per cent of clients said they would use our service again, or recommend us to family members.
