    I am not sure if what we are experiencing now is a natural cycle of our planet or not, but what I am certain of, is that we are making the situations worst by our actions and being careless with our environment.

    I totally agree with you. Actions by greedy and irresponsible humans cause great damage to our environment. We need to work on that. Scientific consensus agrees that global warming is evident in such areas as glacier meltdown and reduction of ice at the poles. The most confounding thing about this is that we could be on the verge of a cycle that will soon toss us into an overdue ice age. Suppose we wreck our society trying to control warming, and then we all end up getting frozen! We just don't know enuff about what's really happening to this planet...

    Whatever we call it, it is important to take steps not only to reduce our environmental impact, but also to prepare for changes in the Earth. We aren't causing these changes, but we are making them worse.

    This is a great lens! I've lensrolled it to my green living lenses. 5 stars!
