    I love my Garmin. It's a basic model nuvi 255 model but I can't imagine going back to pulling out a map to find my way around anymore.

    My favorite is Garmin nüvi 1390T. This lens rocks. Squid liked.

    We have a Garmin, but it doesn't always work (like in New Jersey, for some reason). We've had some fun experiences getting lost though, and always figure things out.

    For me it would be Navman ICN, Maps get preloaded on hard drive, it has a remote control, very easy to install.. But it doesn't have a touch screen, which isn't my requirement either..!!

    The GPS is one of my favorite technological innovations. I'm an traveler with a poor sense of direction and a GPS is very helpful. I really want one of those Garmin GPS' with a built in camera for my Christmas gift.

    I do love my NavMan, But he dose have a ladies voice. Why do SatNavs have ladies voices when men think that women can not navigate??

    Hi Bruce! I'm a student in urban planning and we'll be covering GPS devices, which I'm looking forward to. I don't know enough about them yet to have a favorite but this lens is where I'll come when I need to make a comparison. Thanks for sharing!

    I like the Garmin Hand held GPS. I use it while hiking, biking, x-country skiing and traveling.

    I used a GPS to travel across the US. Sure helped especially when navigating the big cities.

    I have had a simple Garmin Nuvi for just a short time and it fascinates me. I just moved to a new location and the Nuvi (my pet name for it... my brother calls his 'Carmen' because his Garmin has a female voice he likes, so he named her) has been a tremendous help in finding my way around. Got really tickled with it this week -- went to a place that has a 45 degree angle road going off the main road. On the way back, it became a 90 degree turn to get back on the main road and the Garmin GPS, instead of saying "turn left" as usual, said "turn SHARPLY left". Cracked me up... I never imagined it could actually distinguish the angle of the turn.

    The MySky StarTracker you showed looks really fascinating. I had no idea such a thing existed in the world of GPS. I love gadgets! Thanks for an interesting lens. 5*
