I live in Bend, Oregon and we have a local company that sells some awesome allergy free mixes. http://www.thecravingsplace.com/. Most of our local groceries sell them and I think Amazon does too.

Thanks for the head's up on these products! Here's what I'd like to share:

Many people don't realize it, but after being gluten free for over 25 years I've discovered there are lots of traditional foods that are gluten free.

I've created a website to share what I've learned about gluten free foods from around the world. (gluten-free-around-the-world.com) I've also made a lens with some of my favorite gluten free cookbooks.

    I hope you'll enjoy them!

    Pat

It's nice that there are so many good gluten free products now. I'm getting hungry looking at all of these options! lol :) There seems to be more awareness about gluten issues so hopefully that will mean that more companies will create gluten free stuff.

Another site I like - gluten free smorgasbord for me, haha - is http://www.glutenfreefoodonline.org

I am a HUGE fan of Pamela's products and Chebe mixes. I've fooled many people without allergies/food sensitivities with both. They've been shocked when I tell them they're eating a wheat-free item. Great lens with good variety of products and suggestions.

I thought I had Celiac (it was IBS instead), and can personally vouch for Pamela's Products -- even my husband loves their muffins.

By the time I found Pamela's Products, I hadn't had any baked goods at all for maybe six weeks. I almost cried when finally tasted baked goods again, and they tasted the same as my muffins had (I'm not kidding, my husband was laughing at that LOL).
