    I, too, shaved my hair and donated it to cancer wigs when my girlfriend was diagnosed. It was in the winter and it was cold. Another way to recycle is using old newspaper for mache products with your kids or even just a quiet night alone.

    papers, plastic, plastic bags, leaves, pine needles, boxes - if it can be recycled I will do it.
