2009 Goals

The easy part is saying them.

1. I want to visibly expand this business to playing 2 shows a month and attracting 100 people to each of those performances.

2. I want to create opportunities for the musicians I have relationships with and create 8 new relationships with musicians.

3. I want to record a record of 2009 in music. I'm calling it "2009" and I want to involve as many people as possible.

Now doing them will be a little tougher. I have steps I'm taking to get there. The first is done. I have a phone that allows me to stay in touch with my email and social networks. I'm starting '09 with three shows and making positive to use all of them for email list building. I just started a reading list containing the "how-to" I need to break out of the dip I'm in.

It's going to have to be a little everyday. I still need to keep on top of the practice and the writing that makes all of this possible. I am, however, going into this knowing that I need to be in the lead generating and recruiting business as well as being an artist of integrity.
