God Is Watching You -- A Scary Thought Or A Blessing?

I find this whether scary at times but most of all I feel this is a great promise. God almighty, my Lord and Father God is watching out for me. A great comfort knowing the almighty above is watching out for me all the time.

You ever wonder what you are doing is right or wrong? Well ask your self these questions. Would you tell God you are doing it? Would you be ashamed If God knew? Would you feel guilty if God knew? If you feel this way then what you are doing is probably wrong. God made us to know when we are doing wrong. That is why He gave us a conscious he also gave us the book of Proverbs in the Old Testament of the Bible.

Psalms 139

He also gave us these passages from Psalms 139 that tells us what ever you do, where ever you go, what ever you think, what ever you say God knows. Nothing escapes the knowledge of God.

Psalm 139:1-16
1 O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.
5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

Would You Like To Feel Better About God Watching You?

If you have never had a personal relationship with God you can come comfortable God watching you. Better yet you can feel the great promise that God almighty is watching and protecting you.

If you are nervous about God watching you then maybe you are uneasy about sin in your life. Romans 3:23 says, "For we all have sinned and fell short of the glory of God."

Maybe you feel like there is a punishment for your sins. Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Now let's see the great promise. Romans 5:8 and Romains 10:13 says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Whosoever call on the name of the lord shall be saved."

If you fully believe these things and you say a small prayer like the one below you will start to feel better about not hiding your sins any longer.

Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I am asking you to come into my life and forgive me of my sins. I believe you died for me and died for my sins. Will you please come into my life and be my Lord and Saviour. Amen.
