God of War II is the sequel to God of War video games following the story of Kratos, after he kills the first god of war, Ares. It was released in America on March 13, 2007 and features a two disc set. The first disc contains the game, and the second disc is dedicated to the game's development, including a diary of the game's production.
The gameplay of God of War II is very similar to that of its predecessor. The player controls Kratos in a combination of combat, platforming, and puzzle game elements. Kratos' main weapons are Athena's Blades, which are blades on the ends of long chains that Kratos is able to swing in destructive paths but also able to use to scale rock faces or swing from special hook points. Sending the PS2 off with a vengeance
Leaping through the sky, landing on a griffin's back, ripping both its wings off and flinging it to god knows where - stuff like this is awesome. Despite his warpath being steeped in deja vu, Kratos' latest bash is well worth the price of admission. If you had a blast with part one, there's no doubt that you'll enjoy a similar legume-stimulated combustion with this follow-up.

- In the game the Urns give Kratos special abilities and attributes when activated in a bonus play, which is unlockable after you beat the game, such as by giving Kratos infinite magic or Rage of the Titans. Here are all the Urns and what they do.

- God of War is the awesome adventures game and specially know much popular for psp ,God of War II is more brutal than the first. The main quest is interesting also always surprise with attack modes bonus puzzle.This version has a lot to play as it is longer than the previous one.
Basic Tips
* Destroy all the objects you can, because you get red orbs, which are essential to increase the power of your weapons.
* Once you run out of power, and until you have a combo, the most effective attack is to use the square - square - triangle.
* The hammer is a very powerful weapon, but is slow, has limited scope and can not shoot, so keep that in mind when using it.
* The Golden Fleece is a very useful object should not be used solely to solve puzzles. Use it to refract enemies ranged attacks and even the melee, after which pressing can make a good square wave.
* The Spear of Destiny, though it may seem useful, it is not. Do not waste your time or the red orbs with her.
