The first call is going to be for SUNDAY JUNE 21, Summer Solstice.
Where ever you are that day, take a moment to meditate!
If you can, make it 3pm EST USA (that's 20:00 London, 21:00 Berlin, etc.)
If you can make it at least 20 minutes to 1 hour
If you can meditate without thought, being one and connected in the light of creation
You could also:
focus on something positive, light, peaceful (good old worldpeace will certainly do;)
remember something that brought you joy
FEEL and BE HAPPY (fake it 'til you make it:)
smile and be friendly more often than usual
