Going West Unit Study

Wild West Unit Study | Western Unit Study

Wagon trains west seem so thrilling to younger children (ok, it does to us older people too!!! lol!!!). This unit study is to introduce children to going west and what it was like in the old wild west.

Hi Lynn ~ thank you so much for visiting my western unit and leaving your new "angel dust"! Congratulations on becoming an angel! I have to admit that you and Jimmie were my main inspirations for wanting to try writing at Squidoo. I thought you had such wonderful ideas for teaching. (And still do!) Thank you again! :D

I like this idea....I am not familiar with home schooling but creating lenses for unit studies is pretty cool. I'm going to lensroll this to my Pistol Pete Jacket Lens...The lens has little to do with the jacket, and is largely about an interesting lawman of the Wild West; Frank Eaton.

    Thanks for this.
