See, if you're a duffer like me, without an inch of natural golf talent as Tiger Woods or any other golf masters out there. Then you know exactly where I've been. I tried to put in hours and hours of practice but still I wasn't seeing the results that I want. I had to deal with feelings of frustration of not being able to improve my game... Well yeah, I was still doing a bit of a progress, but it wasn't as fast as I wanted it to be. And it wasn't consistent, I don't know if you can even call it progress.
There were even times when I had to pick awkward hours to train that slice and practice that swing just so that there wouldn't be as much people to witness me and my miserable game. Yup, I know it's totally embarrassing. That's why I knew I had to find a better way.

The book I found is titled "The Simple Swing" and it's written by David Nevogt. It has quite a hefty claim so I was a bit skeptical at first. But as I followed thru the instructions and tried the drills it became apparent that indeed this is one very well written and effective golf guide. Its main concept is so simple that it made all the sense.
"It's all about putting some backbone into your game.
That means using your spine as an axis to keep you on the correct swing plane."
And it's because of this simplicity that makes it very easy to implement. And that's what makes it brilliant.
What I also really liked about it is that even though the main premise is so simple, it still has lots of pictures to demonstrate it and it's still quite comprehensive. It was written with the average golfer in mind so it's very easy to follow. You will notice that as you implement the golfing drills, you will progress very quickly. I never thought that I'd be able to hit the ball this far, this accurate, and this fast.
And I'm not sure if the discount is still up, but I was lucky I got one when I bought my copy. And that value price for the practical golf training it offers is for me, really a bang for the buck!
