If you want to improve your golf swing flexibility and power, doing exercises in your home is your answer.

Easy at home exercises for golf save time and money. You don't have to drive to a gym, and you don't have to buy expensive equipment. In fact, all you need is exercise tubing, a stability ball and a pair of dumbbells and you're set!

Exercising at home also gives you complete privacy from doing your exercises in front of strangers. For some people this can be uncomfortable and even embarrassing.

Golf Swing Mechanics Can Be Improved With Exercise 

Achieving Better Golf Swing Mechanics Is A Synch With The Right Golf Instruction Approach

Improving your golf swing does not have to be difficult or painful. In fact, achieving optimal golf swing mechanics can be quite easy when you take a "step back" and look at the root cause of your swing faults.

Nearly all your golf swing faults have a physical limitation attached to it. It's your body's way of making compensations for what it can't do. When compensations are made, improper swing technique will be the result.

The golf swing requires certain physical moves that have to be repeated over and over for 18 holes of golf. This is a physical demand on the body most golfers can't meet. Unless...you embark on a golf exercise program that will improve your limitations and quickly allow you to make an efficient golf swing for the entire round of golf.

Do The Right Golf Exercise Progam If You Want To Play Better Golf 

It is critical you implement a exercise for golf program that is specific to your swing.

Have you ever dreamed of hitting it longer? I mean really hitting it long. As in 30 or more yards longer? I'm here to tell you the secret is a golf exercise program!

It's so important that every exercise you do benefits your golf swing. Golf exercises that are done in a gym sitting in a machine won't do it. Exercises for golf need to either be on your feet or using a stability to improve your golf swing stability and consistency.

All you need is some exercise tubing, a golf exercise ball and some hand weights. And...the big benefit is you can do it conveniently right in your home!

Golf Fitness Training Is NOT In A Gym 

You do not need to belong to a gym to start a golf fitness and training program.

With the winter coming, you should strongly consider a golf fitness training program for the winter months. This is a time you can work on your golf-specific physical limitations that are affecting and causing your swing faults.

All you need is an exercise ball, exercise tubing with handles and a pair of dumbbells and you are good-to-go! You can do many many golf swing exercises to strengthen and stretch your golf muscles with this little bit of fitness equipment.

Fitness training geared to golfers should be as closely related to your golf swing mechanics as possible. Break up your swing into phases and you'll have many possibilities.

Exercise In Your Home For Golf Improvement 

Home exercise saves time and money, and can be a huge boost in your golf improvement program.

Exercise is viewed as work and time-consuming! This is NOT true if you follow what I'm saying and do the exercises that are in my exercise for golf book.

I have put myself in the mind of a golfer and realized convenience and time-efficient are top priorities for golfers who may embark on an exercise program.

With that in mind, the equipment I use is inexpensive, portable, and easily used right in your home! With the hurdle of time and convenience removed, there is NO reason a golfer shouldn't start on his home exercise golf improvement program right now!

Do This Stretching Exercise For Golf To Improve Backswing 

Stretching exercises can not only improve your backswing, but increase your driving distance and power!

All it takes is a simple golf stretch to improve your backswing range of motion and ultimately your power. If you can't devote 120 seconds a day to improve your swing you might try ping pong or something!

Look at this simple stretch I'm doing right on the course with my golf club. I do this about every 3 holes and it keeps my golf specific backswing muscles loose and ready to fire at all times!

When doing this stretching exercise, make sure to hold it for 15 seconds and then repeat. After two of them, give your arms a shake to get the blood flowing in that area. This is one of many stretching exercises for golf in my golf training book.

"Golfers...You Must Warm Up Your Body If You Expect To Shoot Lower Scores!"

Use This Golf Warm Up Exercise To Save Strokes 

Simple golf stretches is all you need to warm up for golf!

After reading this...don't EVER tee off without doing a simple golf warm up exercise to prepare your golf muscles to perform! Promise? I'm very serious about this!

Like any other athlete in their sport, they warm up specific to their sport movements before they start. Why wouldn't you as a golfer then? You would!

Take a look at this simple golf warm up exercise. I've got the club extended out in front of me and I am rotating back and through, which is similar to my golf swing. This is one of many simple golf warm up exercises in my golf exercise book! Go check it out right now!

Golf Swing Exercise For More Power 

Exercises specific to your golf swing will increase your driving distance the quickest.

I see so many so-called golf exercise workout books that say they are for golf, and it is a picture of some fitness guy sitting on a machine in a gym. This is NOT golf specific exercise! This is GENERAL fitness.

To improve your golf swing, you need very golf-specific exercises that strengthen and stretch all your golf muscles.

Take the exercise in the picture. I'm using inexpensive golf exercise tubing and making a downswing. This IS golf specific exercise! No sitting on a machine in a gym.

Simple Golf Exercise In Your Home Or Office 

All it takes is just a couple of simple golf exercises you can do right in your home to see a quick and sometimes dramatic improvement in your driving distance.

An example of such an exercise is what I call the seated twist. As the picture shows, you can do it right in your office without getting out of your chair. This is one of dozens of simple golf stretches and exercises in my Golf Exercise Book.

You can do this several times a day to loosen up your back, but more importantly, you will achieve a bigger backswing and follow through if you do this simple golf exercise stretch daily.
