It is critical you implement a exercise for golf program that is specific to your swing.
It's so important that every exercise you do benefits your golf swing. Golf exercises that are done in a gym sitting in a machine won't do it. Exercises for golf need to either be on your feet or using a stability to improve your golf swing stability and consistency.
All you need is some exercise tubing, a golf exercise ball and some hand weights. And...the big benefit is you can do it conveniently right in your home!
Golf Fitness Training Is NOT In A Gym
You do not need to belong to a gym to start a golf fitness and training program.
All you need is an exercise ball, exercise tubing with handles and a pair of dumbbells and you are good-to-go! You can do many many golf swing exercises to strengthen and stretch your golf muscles with this little bit of fitness equipment.

Do This Stretching Exercise For Golf To Improve Backswing
Stretching exercises can not only improve your backswing, but increase your driving distance and power!
All it takes is a simple stretching exercise for golf to improve your backswing range of motion and ultimately your power. If you can't devote 120 seconds a day to improve your swing you might try ping pong or something!Look at this simple stretch I'm doing right on the course with my golf club. I do this about every 3 holes and it keeps my golf specific backswing muscles loose and ready to fire at all times!
When doing this stretching exercise, make sure to hold it for 15 seconds and then repeat. After two of them, give your arms a shake to get the blood flowing in that area. This is one of many stretching exercises for golf in my golf training book.

I see so many so-called golf exercise workout books that say they are for golf, and it is a picture of some fitness guy sitting on a machine in a gym. This is NOT golf specific exercise! This is GENERAL fitness.To improve your golf swing, you need very golf-specific exercises that strengthen and stretch all your golf muscles.
Take the exercise in the picture. I'm using inexpensive golf exercise tubing and making a downswing. This IS golf specific exercise! No sitting on a machine in a gym.

Simple Golf Exercise In Your Home Or Office
All it takes is just a couple of simple golf exercises you can do right in your home to see a quick and sometimes dramatic improvement in your driving distance.An example of such an exercise is what I call the seated twist.
