Jacksonville, one of the best-kept secrets on the East Coast, has a great waterfront setting and is a well-established golfing destination. The city and its surrounding areas are home to 68 courses, the PGA and Senior PGA tour headquarters, and the World Golf Village, just a few minutes down I-95. The courses in Jacksonville require accuracy but are known to provide plenty of variety. The world famous TPC at Sawgrass was built in 1981 and is the annual host of the Tournament Players Championship.

Walt Disney World has four outstanding championship golf courses (three of these courses are on the PGA Tour) and a par-36 practice course.

Golf is available to the general public and resort guests at Disney's Palm and Magnolia courses (across from Disney's Polynesian Resort), Osprey Ridge courses (at the Bonnet Creek Golf Club), and at the Lake Buena Vista course (near Downtown Disney/Saratoga Spring Resort). Appropriate golf attire is required (dress code is found below).
