Don't make the mistake I made and "almost" give up on golf altogether. It is soo much more fun now that I can bomb it straight down the fairway. Learning how to cure my slice wasn't easy...at all! But yours can be as long as you follow the RIGHT information. Read my tips below and you could be hitting those solid, middle-of-the-fairway drives tomorrow!
Which Type of Golf Slice is Killing Your Game?
Identifying which type of slice you have can serve as a shortcut for your golf slice cure...
Why should you care about which type of slice you have? A slice's a slice...Right?...Wrong! To tell you the honest truth, there are 3 types of golf slices:1)Pull Slice: In this particular golf slice, when you hit the golf ball, it starts out going left, and then curves to the right. Does this sound like you?
2)Regular Slice: In this golf slice, as you hit the ball, it flies relatively straight and then slices to the right. Or is this definitely you?
3)Push Slice: In this golf slice, you hit the ball, hoping to hit it straight, but it starts out right and curves even more to the right. (My old slice and, imo, the worst of them all). Maybe this is you?
After you have found out which type of slice that you are suffering from, then visit MySliceCure.com to learn a few simple drills that will wipe away your slice from the face of this earth. My golf game and I are proof that the drills simply work!
You'd Be Out of Your Mind to Skip This Golf Slice Cure Drill!
Get your golf bag ready, because you're going to the range to become an ex-slicer...
Now I like to call this golf slice cure drill the "half-swing" drill. Can anyone guess why? Hmm...Yeah maybe it has something to do with a half swing! This drill should help you get your swing on the right "path" to straight-shooting:
1) Get your golf club that you slice with the most/worst. Yes, I know it's scary, but just get it out.
2) Now you are going to take the club back until the shaft is parallel to the ground, i.e. about halfway let's say.
3) Swing through the ball and follow through about halfway. Your goal should be for the ball to go maybe 100 yards at most but to go straight.
If you're taking the club back too far inside then you will have poor contact with the ball, resulting in inaccurate shots. Try to take the club more outside if you notice this problem
All in all, that's a great drill to practice when you have some time, make sure you don't forget to turn your body to face your target too.
Anyways, visit MySliceCure.com for the ultimate slice curing drills.
The Truth About Clubs to Cure Your Golf Slice
You've gotta face the facts sooner or later and quit using those "special" clubs...
Well it's about time you heard this: it's your swing not the club...when talking about why you can't seem to cure your slice.Yeah, it seems very convincing to buy the new TaylorMade driver that's weighted so it can make you hit a draw without even changing your swing.
Do you know why so many people buy that? ...Because it's easy. Our bodies are trained to naturally prefer the easy methods to achieve things because that promotes survival. But the truth is, is that you can't cure your slice just by buying their club, they're taking advantage of you by making the golf slice seem easy to cure.
So don't buy those weighted drivers. Golf swing drills are the ONLY way that you are going to truthfully cure your golf slice for good. And the right swing drills at that!
So, do me a favor, and don't waste any money on those "special" clubs because they don't do anything for you except take your money. For a real solution to your slice, visit MySliceCure.com for simple and effective drills that will cure your slice at its source...YOUR SWING!
