Gonzo The Great!

Gonzo was seen every episode trying to play the endnote of the muppet theme. He only attained this in the very last episode of the series. Most of the time he simply got blown up or the trumpet sprayed something funny or produced a weird note.

He also performed stunts every now and then, all of them doomed to end in failure. Perhaps the acts he thought up just weren't quite ...well...doable. At least he enjoyed every minute of being on the stage. His famous performance must have been the one where he started with "I shall now eat rubber tire while..."

Fozzie: "Oh, oh, Gonzo, hey -- you wanna do a puppet act with me?"
Gonzo: "What's a puppet?"
Fozzie: "Oh, well, see, it..."
Kermit: "See, it's, it's a doll --"
Fozzie: "Yeah, a doll..."
Kermit: "That's made to look alive by wiggling strings, or --"
Fozzie: "Yeah, strings..."
Kermit: "Or putting your hand inside its..."
Fozzie: "Hand! Like that."
Gonzo: "What a stupid idea! Who wants to watch dolls wiggle?"
Fozzie: "Well, um..."
Gonzo: "I mean, even I wouldn't do an act like that! Doll wiggling. Talk about boring!"
Fozzie: "But..."
Kermit: "I didn't have the heart to tell him."

I wonder how Anakin Skywalker managed to grow a nose like that. Maybe too many midi-chlorians in his diet. Imagine Luke finding out that his father is a muppet.

"Luke *gasp* I am your father............."

Gonzo and the girl he loves. Camilla! Before Camilla he tried to get piggy for a while and tried to have a fling with a cow.. but that all changed when he met this hot chick!
