One of the many things I love about writing on the Squidoo platform, is how easy it is to start a debate. Squidoo even offers a debate module that keeps track of the total comments on each side of the fence. I have now written a dozen debates using Squidoo's Hey Monkeybrain! theme page. My question to you, did I choose good debate topics? Is fun enough? Or, do good debate topics need to have social significance?
Here you will find my Monkeybrain-ography (this is not a real word). It is a listing of all of my on-line debates. Please link over to your favorite topics and join in that debate.

I didn't even know there were rules. At first I though it might take the fun out of the debate, but actually knowing the material here makes a good debate even more fun!

- All debates don't have to be hot news topics. Most of us have firm opinons on a lot of lesser topics, from how the toothpaste tube should be rolled to how to hang the toilet paper. It's amazing how fiercely these can be debated. I think you've offered a nice selection.
