Also, this type of weight loss, in every single instance, is not permanent.
What I want to teach you is how to change your cooking and eating habits for a lifetime of improved health including lowering your cholesterol, your sodium intake and how to make healthier choices when preparing food for your family and friends. Eating food is one thing we all must do but eating healthy is one thing most do not do. Here on Heartsafecooking, it's all about healthy food preparation. All meals, including breakfasts, lunches and dinners you will read here are healthy recipes that are also a breeze to understand and all come with instructional recipe videos. I want you to see that preparing healthy food that is low fat, low cholesterol and low sodium, does not have to be tasteless at all. As a matter of fact, flavorful is what I strive toward.
