Squidoo people with a good heart - Part III

Well, this took me awhile to put together . . .

These folks have made me think . . and think deeply. To grow, (I feel) we need people gutsy enough to stir things up once in a while.

You can smell the wood burning, eh. The older I get, the less I know. But hey, ignorance is bliss, right?

Folks included are those younger and older than I - and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of work I am reading on Squidoo, as of late. How 'bout you?

What I like . . oddly enough, I like a little edginess in a lensmaster.

If someone doesn't agree with me 100%, it means I have something more to learn. I also am attracted to those who are a bit angry with the world . . to me, it means s/he is aware that things need to change in our society.

And so, here 19 fabulous lensmasters - and I will have others for Part IV. I am truly sorry for those who were left out of this pass. I will most likely have you on my next good heart lens. Stay tuned . . .

    I've read and enjoyed many of Reasonable Robinson's lenses. She has a unique way of looking at situations, and a wry sense of humor! She was my very first fan when I started on Squidoo (back when we still had a fan club)

    I've read several of RR's lenses and he is very good indeed and he stops by and says some really kind things about some of my lenses in fact we seem to like a lot of the same music - RocknRoll. RR is a really nice guy.

    He can make great lenses on everything from Renewable Energy to Usher to how to make fudge! I find his most inspiring lens to be the one about his battle with liver cancer. He's good at making you think, and I absolutely love his trademark sign-off: "See you around the galaxy."

    She's the voice of reason and compassion. She crochets hats and gloves for the homeless. She writes a mean bread recipe lens, and she has a sense of humor to boot! What more could you want in a lensmaster!

    I've read her Mother Teresa lens, and some of her animal lenses. She's truly kind and compassionate, and a champion of animal rights, and I like that in a person!

    Mary is a very good writer. I especially enjoyed her lens about Mother Teresa, which I read quite sometime ago. Like me she seems to be an advocated for alternative therapies for diseases and conditions.

    TeamSTM has given us in the Squidoo community a true demonstration of depth of character after going through a trial of fire, he came out like a shining star. I especially appreciate his 'What's the Benefit for Accepting Ownership for Our Lives?' and 'What Do You Think is the Greatest Gift to Mankind?!?'. If you're up to a challenge, take a stab at his mega 'Test Your Knowledge of Star Trek!!', whew!

    She did a great job on "How to Visit With an Alzheimer's Patient." My mom doesn't have Alzheimer's but she is very forgetful and so the lens was very helpful with suggestions I need to begin implementing. I learned I do some things I shouldn't do, so I will make those changes. I need to read more of this lady's work cuz she has some good views!

    Not only a great photographer and lensmaster, but an all-round beautiful person. I met her online (as a fellow writer) and have met her in person 3 times. If she has a "negative" point it is impatience (by her own admission!!) but she is a wonderful person and I am both delighted and honoured that she calls me her "heart-sister", which I consider her to be also.

    I've met a few of the lensmasters on your list, and it's true, they are good-hearted, but there are obviously so many other great people writing here. Nice idea to make a Squidoo friendship lens.

    I would like to say I really enjoyed this lens, but having had Squidoo log me out at least 5 times when I went to leave comments, it turned into a rather painful experience unfortunately. This is a lovely tribute to some amazing lensmasters, most of whom I am familiar with, and there are a few more I need to go back and visit soon. Excellent job.
