We Care About the Environment

Bottles -- Dark bottles are used to prevent light damage to the herb and keep it at its full potency. Glass droppers are used to prevent any possibility of plastic toxicity from plastic droppers to the product. Using glass provides the most sanitary, non-toxic and environmentally-sound method of packaging.

Oil Products with Caps -- You will note that our oil products have caps. We ship the droppers separately as the oils can disintegrate the rubber dropper.

Shipping Boxes -- Also our shipping boxes are unbleached, recyclable cardboard.

WE RECYCLE. Good Herbs participates in a full recycling system for disposable products {glass, plastic, paper, metal} used in every aspect of our operation. We feel it our duty as responsible herbal producers to recycle and do our part for our planet.

We ask that our Members also recycle their herbal bottles when done with them. Good Herbs cannot reuse them since each bottle could only contain the original product plus we would be required to institute and be licensed for an expensive additional sterilization process.

Cheryl Matschek is an internationally known speaker, trainer and consultant and author of over 24 years. She has a passion for helping and encouraging others to be fully healthy and fully alive. On stage she brings a lifetime of business experience to participants in a dynamic, inspirational, and yet practical manner. Off stage Cheryl has an active Natural Health practice. She has a Ph.D. in Natural Health Sciences, Clinical Nutrition and Iridology and is a Master Herbalist. She is dedicated to her clients and works with them on a "whole person" basis in preventive healthcare as well as regaining health. Her desire is to help those who want to help themselves become healthier, and more peaceful and joyful in their journey through life.

Cheryl is the owner, founder, and President of The Cheryl Matschek Company, Inc, Soaring Horizons and Princess Publishing. Prior to beginning her speaking and consulting career in 1979 she was a million-dollar roundtable producer in her first year in life insurance sales with the New York Life at the age of 25 and went on to become one of five women in sales management for the same company in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rica by age 28.

Cheryl is Past President of the International Iridology Practitioners Association. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and a variety of other organizations related to speaking and the health industry. She's listed in many Who's Who directories such as the International Directory of Distinguished Leadership, International Who's Who of Professional Business Men and Women and 2000 Notable American Women.

Cheryl and her husband, Dr. Norman Matschek (a dentist), and their two miniature schnauzers, Holly and Sunshine, reside in the outskirts of Portland, Oregon. They are both very active in their church and in the community. For relaxation they enjoy travel, gardening, golfing, reading, and music.

Cheryl loves people. She loves lifeand it shows! She is an encourager, an empowerer and brings a lifetime of experience to her audiences in dynamic and energetic style. She's known by many titles, but the one she likes best is "friend."
