As one student puts it, "Imagine a campus, a community,or a world, where people concentrate on developing positive relationships and building good energy between each other"
That is the goal of the Good Energy Movement.
09/09/09 "Good Energy Day" was the official kick off of the Good Energy Movement.
The Good Energy Movement, Started by Ben Mack, Chuck Pennington, and their friends at Albany State University is open to anyone wanting to spread "Good Energy"!
Whenever you Tweet on Twitter about good energy, don't forget to use the hashtag #999 to let everyone else know you support the Good Energy Movement!

- What you give away, you get to keep. So, on 09/09/09 make sure to give some good energy away & you will have more released for yourself. It is time that we start doing good towards one another to eliminate some of the stress that we experience on a daily bases.

This morning, while having pancakes(which I usually do on Saturday, when I've been a good boy), I came across something that I thought fit the foundation of Good Energy:
"The only way we are ever going to ensure peace on this planet is to adopt the entire world as "out family." We are going to have to hug them, and kiss them. And dance and play with them. And we are going to have to sit and talk and walk and cry with them. Because when we do, we'll be able to see that, indeed, everyone is beautiful, and we all complement each other so beautifully, and we would all be poorer without each other. Then the saying, "I know you, you're just like me!" will take on a mega-meaning of, "This is 'my family,' and I will stand by them no matter what" -- Stan Dale
We are all on this floating pebble in the Universe together. If we cannot help each other, who will?
