Cellulite is one of the most embarrassing body "conditions" hated by women. Good exercises to get rid of cellulite do exist and you will be learning about them. What are some good exercises to get rid of cellulite? Well to get rid of the cellulite on your butt, the squat is best advised.

How to Do Squats

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Slowly lower your body by bending at the knees as if you are sitting down, make sure to keep your abs pulled in and your thighs parallel with the floor and don't let your knees go past your feet.

3. Slowly straighten back into the standing position and squeeze that booty as you are going back up.

4. Repeat. Do 8-10 repititions

For faster and better results hold 3-5 pound weights in each hand. If you do not have weights soup cans will do. I personally hold 2 water gallons.
