Let me introduce Rocko, Neko, and Max...
Rocko, Neko, and Max are our three "kids"...I mean pets! There is definately never a dull moment in our house. Someone is always chasing someone, being silly, or getting into mischief.
Max is our oldest, he is a 14 years old spitz-a-poo, which is a mix between an American Eskimo and a Poodle. Mom has had Max since she was in 7th grade. He is very well mannered, very calm natured. He's kind of a go-with-the-flow type dog. He never barks, unless of course he is keeping one of the other kids in-line. In fact, when living in an apartment, neighbors never knew there was a dog!
Rocko is almost four years old. Rocko is a "medium" pin...well he is acutally a miniature pinscher, but is definatley not the runt of the litter. He is a massive 20lbs, pure muscle! He is quite the hyper-active dog, very attentive to his surroundings and always an alert gaurd dog. He's a big dog trapped in a small dog's body!
Neko is our one and a half year old grey and white cat. He has full run of the house and knows he is the top "dog". He is very playful, always trying to stir up trouble, and very sweet and cuddly, too.

Goofy Kitty Moments #1
What a smart kitty...
The other day we heard Neko getting into something in the kitchen. We didn't think anything of it since he gets into a lot of things. Next thing you know, we hear clinking and clanking in the dog treat bowl. Then a treat hit the floor! The dogs rush in and the cat drops another for them, and keeps one for himself!Moral of the story: Keep the lid on the treat jar!

Max is chewing on a bone, Rocko is sleeping under his blanket. Next thing you know, Neko sneaks up behind Rocko, tags him on the behind and takes off! Rocko chases him into the bedroom, and things are calm for the moment. All of the sudden, Rocko is running like crazy out of the bedroom and Neko is chasing him! This goes on for awhile, until Max steps in and puts a stop to things by telling Rocko, "That's enough." Each party goes back to their own "corners" and continues on what they were originally doing. Yoo Hoo Where Are You?
Where You Can Find Our Kids...

Linus...I mean Rocko can always be found under his blankie. Winter or Summer, he curls himself up and wraps himself in his blanket. And you can bet if Mom or Dad doesn't bring his blankie in the living room in the morning, he's in our faces reminding us to bring in his blankie! He only emerges if he needs to go out, it's dinner time, or if they get a treat! Rocko is also our winter "vent hog." He will also lay on top of the heat vent to keep warm. Sometimes he drags his blankie over to the vent, but Mom and Dad move it so we don't freeze! He likes his sweaters, too!We call Max our Maxie Rug since he looks just like a bear rug! In the winter, he enjoys laying on top of blankets or something soft, but in the summer, he is our "vent hog". He lays down on top of the air conditioning vent to keep cool. He also lays down in the kitchen on the cool floor in the summer.
Neko is VERY cuddley. Most of the time you can find him sleeping on mom's lap!
