Here's How I Use Google Docs

Using Google Docs is a lot like using Word or Excel.

The major differences: the layout of the menu system; and the fact that Google Docs is online, so you access them through a web browser. One more great plus: you can create PDF files with these apps.

EXAMPLE: Downloadable Files Created with Google Spreadsheets
After listing all the places in Las Vegas to get Organic Food, I put together a file containing their names, addresses and phone numbers. So visitors could download the information into their computer, phone, Blackberry, iPOD, whatever. (From Las Vegas Organic Food)

The Docs & Spreadsheets files reside on Google's servers somewhere. But the files I create for my visitors to download are stored on the Google Page Creator Site Manager page, which provides up to 100MB of storage for pages, documents, photos, soundFX, etc.

Brainstorminging More Options for Using Google Docs

With Google Apps and Google Docs, you can...
