THE BLACK PANTHER - STILL RIDING HIGH
The response to the comic has been mixed so far but the fact is the comic has done very well. Some fans have taken issue over what they call a disregard for continuity while other's have praised Hudlin's efforts. It's a rough job writing an established character but I think the Panther is in good hands. Where it goes from here remains to be seen as the book is set to merge with House of M crossover which is another issue in itself.


ORORO - BEFORE THE STORM
This newly released series by Marc Sumerak and artist Carlo Barberi takes a look back at Storm's childhood as a pickpocket and thief on the streets of Cairo. According to the creators it will read more like an adventure story than a superhero tale, and promises to be a great introduction to the history of one of the most widely recognized characters in the 'X-Men' family.


TECcomix - EDUCATION THROUGH COMICS
Donald Jackson combines a teaching background with his love for comics to produce Multi-Media CD-ROM Comics with a goal of educating as well as entertaining. After living in Taiwan for 4 years Jackson noticed the greater diversity in comics overseas, they were'nt "just for kids". He felt it was time to combine comics with learning and teamed up with Dave Richmond of Evadware Productions to found TEC Comix.


NEW COMIC WILL FEATURE MR. T
An all-new comic featuring Mr. T is set for release June 22nd, The gold-chain wearin' mohawk sporting T is back! Yes, I know fashion has changed a bit in the 20 some odd years since the original series but the new series by APComics should make for an interesting read to see if this character still has some punch - or should we "pity the fool"!
