It's the latest buzz whispered between Internet Marketers - "do you do Adwords Arbitrage? I heard Jack made a killing ..."

But what exactly is it, and can it really make you a bucketload of cash?

Basically it works like this:

You buy cheap ads using Google Adwords to get traffic to your site where you write about topics that generate high-paying ads.

Then, if a visitor clicks on an ad on your page you make a profit.

So in summary, you pay for cheap ads to get visitors to your site that is displaying high-paying ads.

Buy low, sell high - Sounds simple huh!

Of course in theory it is, but what happens if your visitors never click on any of your ads?

The best way to overcome this is to make sure that they only outgoing links on your page are Google Adsense ads so that the only way someone can leave is either by clicking on the link or closing the browser. A little bit sneaky to be sure, but it seems to work none-the-less.

So should you join the arbitrage bandwagon?

It's also a very simple concept so even absolute beginners should have no problem implementing the plan.
