    I just started using Gi-Zilla Monster Grappling Grips. They are made of Heavy Gi Material and seat belt type straps and are pretty sturdy. They interlock to wrap around the bars for pull ups, they can be used alone and have a quick release tab that makes them easy to move. I can also attach them to free weights, kettle balls and they machines at the gym. I used to use a towel and a rope but these are better for conditioning.
