Chicken stuffed with apples and cherries - WOW. I had this thawed. I put it all on a plate, and stuck it in the nuker for 2 1/2 minutes (I'm so bad about cooking, I don't even want to boil water ). Everything came out perfect. I picked this cause I thought it would be my least favorite dinner of the week, but I loved it.
If I'm not enjoying what I'm eating, I'm not going to stick to anything. So, the fact that I'm sticking to this for 18 weeks and counting is a huge comment on how "it's working" for me
