Mmmmm ... chocolate

I am definitely a chocoholic. My problem is ... I prefer really fancy gourmet chocolates rather than a standard Hershey bar. The kind with green tea ganache or even one filled with a curry-chocolate blend (don't knock it til you've tried it!).

I wanted to share my chocolate passion, so this lens is devoted to the best of the best of gourmet chocolate.

Ever wonder where chocolate comes from? And why some chocolate tastes so great and other chocolate tastes so awful? Well wonder no more. What's your favourite chocolate?

Some days I like a plain dark dark chocolate bar with a deep red wine. Other times, I like a milk bar with some dried cranberries and a diet coke. Stil others, a creamy white chocolate and some sweet framboise. What are your favourite chocolates and chocolate combinations?
