Not surprising it's about gardening

Because gardens are as essential to my spirit as water to my body, it's not surprising I was reading a gardening lens when I received notification that I had been given my wings. I thoroughly enjoyed reasonablerobinson's beautiful flower images and the information on gardening with penstemons, so of course I sprinkled some sparkly dust!

Another Squidoo category I frequent is Healthy Living. Healthy living is all about making choices that ensure we get well when we're not, stay well when we are, have plenty of energy to do the things we want and continuously improve our quality of life.

Fortunately for the rest of us, many Squidoons share generously the knowledge they've gained through the hardship of illness. Others, determined to maintain the good health we are fortunate to have, share what we've learned about regaining it when we've lost it and keeping it.
