We bought this swing before my baby was born. I was nervous, of course, having to pay so much for a swing not knowing if he is going to love it or hate it. After he was born, we didn't really start using it until he was about 2-3 weeks old. He hated it, he would scream and cry, and would not want anything to do with the swing! Needless to say, we were a little disappointed and was even thinking of selling it. 2 months past by and the swing sat at the corner, not getting much use. And then sometime in the 3rd month, we decided to try again to see if my baby will like it, and he loves it!! The vibration on the chair and the swing sooth him when he is a little cranky or can't fall asleep on his own. We think that he didn't like it when he was younger (1-2 month old) was because he was uncomfortable sitting in it. Now that he is older (5 months old) and can sit better, he love sitting in it while the chair swing back and forth. My advice is, if it doesn't work at the beginning, be patience and try again later. Sometimes... baby just don't really know what they want!

Our daughter is only 1 week old, 7 lbs, but seems very comfortable in the swing. It fits well, has multiple recline angles, and adjustable head/body support and straps. Music is very relaxing, 10 classical tracks, nature sounds are ok. Tray has attachment points for toys, but not included. Haven't found website to purchase them either, Amazon does not offer as accessory. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble by myself. Directions not great. Buy recharchable D-cell batteries (x3). If you use it reguraly I could see the cost of contemporary batteries adding up.

My three (almost four) month old absolutely loves this jumper. The tray is nice to set her toys on and she also likes to hang onto it when she starts jumping. Very entertaining for the LO and she is able to move around and not have to be held or on her back all the time. Very easy to set up and take down and to adjust the height.
