In case you weren't aware, your child must be in a car seat or a booster seat until they exceed 100 pounds. That's a pretty long time. Why waste time and money buying several car seats and booster seats when the Graco Nautilus 3 in 1 car seat can replace them. As a mother to 7 children, I have tried many different products and the Graco Nautilus is one of the best. Had they had one of these when I had my first child, I wouldn't have wasted so much money on several different car seat / booster seat products. One this is for sure, you will need one infant car seat and a forward facing car seat, plus a booster for one they are less than 100 pounds. However, all of these stages would take 3 different products unless you purchase the Graco Nautilus.
How does it work?
- The 5 point harness is for the child that weighs 20-65 pounds. I used this for my son that was a little Houdini. He managed to squirm his way out of most lap belts, stroller belts and other safety belts. I made sure this one was really snug. Best part was that it wasn't very easy to unbuckle. ;)
- It can be converted to a high back belt positioning booster for children 30-100 pounds.
- It can be used as a backless booster for children 40-100 pounds.
Make one purchase, take care of it and you will be able to use it for all of your child's stages as well as their siblings!
