Sure, a lot of graffiti you see out there is just territorial scribbles made by dumb kids or ambitionless hobbyists, but the truth is that with proper time and dedication, a young graffito can become a bona fide artist of the streets. Graffiti art is unique in its tools and techniques, its canvas, and its context in society, and should be recognized as a unique and legitimate form of (often legal, sometimes not) art.
