Who is Graham Jones

Hello, I'm Graham Jones; thanks for visiting. I work as an Internet Psychologist, studying the way people behave online and helping businesses use that information so they can improve their connection to their audiences.

I write for several newspapers and magazines, I appear on radio and TV and I am the author of 28 books.

My aim is to help businesses make more money online by ensuring their Internet activities really connect with the human users of the Internet. I also want to help them become more effective in the way they use the Internet internally - for instance, just one change in the way businesses write emails could save them hours each day and make them more productive.
