    Can you give me more details on pricing, cost or if it is a leasing system that involves monthly monitoring charges?

    Hi Margaret, thanks for writing! There are several options. There are outright purchasing options or leasing options available. GrandCare has a dealer network nation-wide (and in Canada) who provide the system and installation. Exact costs will be determined by your local reseller (based upon the model and sensors chosen/installation). Leasing can range anywhere between $99 - $299/month.
