Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim

In the early 1980s, Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim, along with some others, founded Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, a high tech company. This was an incredibly brave move on behalf of Dr. Tae Yun Kim, as she'd never worked in the industry before. She knew how to hire talented people and how to manage them so they were motivated to come to work and work hard each and every day.

But she didn't know how to write computer programs herself. In the end, it didn't matter. Her leadership and basic business sense allowed her to enter the market at the exact moment that it was poised to take off. The company specialized in a technology that no one else had developed, and clients flocked to them. Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions is still providing incredible products, when so many other companies have folded. Dr. Tae Yun Kim has truly done great business work.

Dr. Tae Yun Kim also heads up a High Tech business, an Executive Coaching business and a Martial Arts school. She is in charge of all of these things at the same time, and they're all doing quite well.

Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim is a talented person, able to focus on many things at the same time and work hard to make sure they're all successful.
