It is often the case that one product considered safe by the medical profession is then thought to be not so good by the very same people who then revert back to their original opinion a few years later. I am talking about natural products as opposed to medication such as viox, celebrex and more.

Science behind the diet

    I used this diet about 10 years ago and was amazed at how successfully I was able to drop the weight. In about 2 months I lost 15 lbs and it wasn't hard.

    I had forgotten all about this until a friend suggested I check out this lens. With the holidays now behind me and spring just around the corner, this is a perfect time for me to start the grapefruit diet again.

    Not a big fan of the way that grapefruits taste, but a grapefruit in pill form might be worth it. Incidentally, a couple weeks ago I was visiting with my grandparents and the topic of weight loss came up after an ad aired on TV. Although I had never heard of it, my grandmother told us of how she used to use the "grapefruit diet" when she wanted to lose a little weight before a vacation or whatever. Guess she was right....
