Gratitude Lesson 1
What is gratitude? And why being grateful is good for you...
"A feeling of thankfulness and appreciation"When you think about the people and things that you have and appreciate that fact that you have them, you feel good.
You feel content. You feel joyous. You feel love!
All great feelings that you have when you are truly -- Happy.
Being grateful makes you concentrate on the good things in your life, focus on the joy and the happiness. And you know what? You will get even more joy and happiness!
So be kind to yourself. Give yourself these joyous feelings and be generous, please!
When you feel good about yourself, the people whom you love and care about will feel it too.

Try this for 3 days...
I hear people around me complain all the time."Why isn't the bus here yet?"
"Why isn't my husband here yet?"
"That lady is so rude, she almost knocked into me!"
"What is this? I want to complain to your boss!"
"Why is the soup so cold?"
"How come she is better than me? It's not fair!"
When you complain, do you know what happens?
You invoke unpleasant feelings or emotions in you. You feel bad. You experience unhappiness.
And what do you get out of it?
Nothing except bad feelings.
So? Why do you want them? Isn't it silly that you do that all the time to yourself? Snap out of it!
I challenge you to do the following :
For 3 days, stop complaining! Yes, try this out and you will feel the difference!
( ps. you will probably find it difficult in the beginning... but press forward and you will feel better and happier! )
Very importantly, learning to be grateful is part of the process when you want to attract abundance into your life!

Express your thanks here and let the universe know!
I know, sometimes you are very thankful in your heart about something or someone. But did you express it? Shout it out, post it here, give that person a hug and say thanks etc.

Gratitude Lesson 3
Do this everyday for the rest of your life...
Wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and say how much you love yourself. Think about all the great things and people in your life.Take 5 minutes and sit in silence. As you think about all the things and people you are grateful for, feel the appreciation and love you have in your heart for them. Remember all the wonderful things that you have in your life.
Feel the gratitude deep within you.
Also know that by being a happier person, you are making the people around you who love you happier too!
After this exercise, the rest of the day will be wonderful for you. :)

An attitude of gratitude must come from within you. It is a natural feeling that arises when you realize the REAL value of people and things around you.No one can make you feel grateful if you don't want to. It comes from how you look at things. Thus gratitude is something that you can encourage, you can learn and grow.
How do you do that?
Simply by seeing only the good, the positive of everything.
One way to encourage this habit is to start writing down every positive thing that happens to you, and all the things you like. Do this on a daily basis until you automatically see the good in your life!
